Rancho Santa Margarita, CALIF. – April 15, 2015 – Melissa Data, a leading provider of contact data quality and integration solutions, today announced batch processing of worldwide address verification in Listware® for Salesforce®, its powerful data quality plugin that integrates data cleansing, validation, and enrichment directly into Salesforce.com’s CRM software. Available on the Salesforce AppExchange, Listware for Salesforce now allows users to quickly and easily verify, check, and update customer addresses in more than 240 countries and territories at two points: point-of-entry; and upon scheduling bulk cleanup within an organization’s database.


At point of entry, Listware for Salesforce provides real-time address autocompletion and verification, helping save up to 50% on keystrokes while only permitting valid data to enter the system. The user simply begins typing a customer or prospect's address into any Salesforce contact field; chooses the correct address from a list of suggestions, and the completed query returns a verified U.S. or international address, standardized into the official postal format for each geographic locale. In batch, an administrator can run address verification jobs based on unique criteria such as sales representative, city, state, or inquiry date. Bulk cleansing also provides many data appends to enrich Salesforce CRM data including: latitude/longitude coordinates and other postal elements; move- updates for U.S. and Canadian addresses; adding missing phone numbers, email addresses, demographics, and extensive property data. Bulk verification enables the verification and enrichment of US and global records within all standard and custom object fields, including contacts, leads, and accounts.
