Deprecation Notice
The Dedicated Cloud (Appliance Mode) for the Contact Verify SSIS Component has been deprecated on May 5th, 2025. As a result, SSIS Contact Verify users on Dedicated Cloud are no longer able to use this mode.
The deprecation is part of our efforts to streamline and modernize the service. We encourage all affected users to migrate to either the Melissa Data Cloud or on-premise solutions for continued service.
This change does not impact SSIS users who are already using the Melissa Data Cloud. If you are using the Melissa Data Cloud, no action is needed.
For any questions or assistance with migrating to Melissa Data Cloud or on-premise solutions, please contact your account representative.
New Melissa Identity Key (MIK) Field in Personator Component
MIK (Melissa Identity Key) is a persistent and unique 11 digit number assigned to a person in the Melissa Personator Database.
Within the Personator platform, users now have the capability to input the MIK to access comprehensive data pertaining to an individual; or to generate the MIK for archiving the individual's record.
New Bounce Check Option in Global Verify Component
A new Bounce Check feature has been added to the Global Verify SSIS component, integrating Melissa’s real-time email validation capability from the Global Email API. When enabled, the system sends a lightweight test message to the mail server to confirm mailbox validity in real time.
