The CRM Jr. Admin is responsible for managing, updating and maintaining CRM records to enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate is data driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The CRM Jr. Admin will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CRM system aligns with organizational goals and supports effective data management.

Your responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Maintain and update records in a CRM system with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Conduct CRM system administration tasks, including data entry, maintain processes, notification settings, and data integrity checks
  • Create, coordinate and assist in CRM SOP, strategies and usage across departments (Sales, Marketing, Support)
  • Build and maintain CRM processes to support the company initiatives, ensuring optimal performance
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data for decision-making across departments 

Your Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years hands on CRM experience supporting database updates in a professional setting.
  • Eager to learn quickly and adopt usage of important CRM tools and protocols
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, build reports, and check for accuracy

Job Type:

This position offers a full-time hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday. During the initial 90 days, your commitment will be full-time in the office, making this opportunity ideal for local applicants within commuting distance.

 

Pay Range: 

 $54,080.00 - $62,400.00 per year / $26.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
