Step 3: Click Add button to get count in selected area.

Having your file Zipped is useful if you have a large file and you want to speed up the download time or if you have a firewall that won’t let you download in your selected file type. It is not recommended if you are working on a Mac because the Zip program Melissa uses is Windows based.
For example, if the total count is 500,000 records, you can cutoff 100,000 Nth records by ZIP code, then the list has an equal number of records by ZIP code.
Duplicate Suppression From Previous Purchase Orders
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY. USE OF THE LISTS PROVIDED BY MELISSA CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY INDICATING “I AGREE”, YOU HEREBY CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND YOUR END USER CUSTOMER (“END USER”), WHO IS THE ULTIMATE LIST USER, AND THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ACT ON THE END USER’S BEHALF IN RENTING THE LISTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE END USER. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ACT BEYOND YOUR SCOPE OF AUTHORTY BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE END USER, THEN YOU HEREBY AGREE GUARANTY END USER’S PREFORMANCE AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT BY THE END USER. YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITTIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CHOOSE “DECLINE”, AND YOU SHALL BE PROHIBITED FROM RECEIVING THE LIST. This Agreement shall be effective on the date that you first accept the terms of this Agreement (“Effective Date”). Melissa grants to you a limited, non-exclusive rental use of the data subject to the following: I agree to the following terms: “Statement of Rental” That all the data I am about to receive is on a rental bases for a one time use. Telephone follow-up within sixty (60) days of mail drop is not considered second use. The list is seeded to detect any unauthorized use or duplication thereof, and End User agrees not to remove seeds from its mailing lists. End User agrees to pay for the full multiple use charge for End User’s unauthorized use or duplication of the list.
“Script Retention and Review “ Two copies of each mail piece and/or telemarketing script used in connection with the Licensed Data shall be retained by End User and End User’s customers for at least twelve (12) months after the applicable mail drop date or telemarketing script use. Upon request from Melissa within such twelve (12) month period, End User shall promptly deliver to requested copies.
