Terms & Conditions for “40 Years Melissa” Quiz
1. Organiser
The organiser of the quiz is

(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’).
The quiz is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platforms and is not sponsored, supported or organised by them.
2. Participation Period
Participation is possible from 27th November 2026, 09:00 (GMT+1) until 18th December 2025, 23:59 (GMT+1).
Entries outside this period cannot be considered.
3. Participation Eligibility
All natural persons, who are at least 18 years and over, are eligible to participate. The person has to be a resident in one of the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey or Ukraine.
Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of goods or services.
4. Participation Process
Participation is achieved by answering the questions and submitting the quiz via the following link, which has also been provided in social media posts/emails: https://survey.hsforms.com/1j8Q2yYz5TuiKYc0IHPQaVw3nan0
Only one entry per participant is permitted. Multiple entries or automated submissions will be excluded.
5. Participation Procedure
The quiz consists of 10 questions. All questions are multiple choice, with only one correct answer. Each correct answer is awarded one point in the final score of a participant.
6. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded to the participants with the most correct answers:

🥈 2nd place: Gaming Keyboard
🥉 3rd place: Star Wars Lego Set
Cash payment or transfer of prizes is excluded.
7. Determination and Notification of Winners
The winners will be determined by random selection from all correct entries within 7 days of the closing date for entries.
A notification will be sent by email to the email address provided on the quiz. If a prize is not claimed within 14 calendar days (by answering the email sent by Melissa after the selection of the winners), Melissa reserves the right to select a different winner using the same procedure.
8. Data Protection
The organiser collects and processes personal data (name, email address, address). This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the quiz and will be deleted afterwards, provided that there are no legal retention periods that prevent this. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

9. Liability & Reservation
The organiser reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the quiz and/or terms & conditions of the quiz at any time for good cause, in particular in the event of technical malfunctions or attempts at manipulation.
The organiser is not liable for technical faults or errors that lead to the interruption or termination of the quiz. The organiser is not liable for any damage arising in connection with participation in the quiz.
Legal recourse is excluded.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
