Processing Acknowledgement Form
The USPS® requires a completed Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF)
for each of our customers prior to providing NCOALink® service.

Required steps to submit PAF form.
1)
Lookup your Industry NAICS Code (Required for PAF
form).
2) Fill out PAF form with all relevant information.
Print PAF form and sign and date the document.
