MAILERS+4 Start Up Error Message (ODBC)

How to deal with the error message:  "A required .DLL file, ODBC32.DLL was not found"
  • This error message indicates that ODBC drivers have not been installed on your system. MAILERS provides a setup program on the CD-ROM to install these driver files. This is usually due to a new operating system being installed on the computer.

To install the files:

1. Place your MAILERS+4 CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive.

2. Run the setup program from the ODBC directory on the CD-ROM (E:\ODBC\SETUP.EXE).        

3. The setup screens will then display showing you the progress of the installation.

4. Once the setup is complete, you will need to reboot the machine.

5. Start MAILERS+4.
