Append consumer phone
numbers
Enhance response rates with an effective telemarketing campaign. Add phone numbers to your consumer records based on the provided residential name and/or address. Melissa Data uses a consumer information database that covers 90% of the households in the United States.
Append Percentage:
Varies depending on the accuracy of the names or address data
on your list and if you are exempt or not exempt from the FTC’s DNC
regulations. All lists are matched against the National Do-Not-Call
registry and applicable state Do-Not-Call lists. However, if your
organization is exempt from these laws you must specify "Exempt" at the
time of order. The average percentage append rate for exempt customers
is 25 to 50 percent. The average percentage of non-exempt customers is 5
to 15 percent. Running some form of address verification like
CASSTM, DSF2TM or NCOALinkTM
may improve the append percentage and is recommended before processing
your list through
consumer phone append.

Address only phone appends available as well.
