Find the consumers in your list that have moved in the last five years and may not have filed a change of address with the Postal ServiceTM. The mCOA database is a collection of address changes compiled from several sources, including magazine subscriptions, catalog houses, insurance groups, and financial institutions.
Since over 20% of all movers do not file a change of address with the USPS®, especially the younger generation, mCOA enables clients to identify many of these movers as well as those who were identified as "near matches" through the

Return Codes. We recommend using
NCOALink in conjunction with mCOA for the best results.
Match Percentage: Varies depending on the accuracy, and age, of the data in your list. Your records must match the mCOA database records to get a new address appended; otherwise no match will be given.
